Chr. Hansen has launched a new phytonutrients range. The natural carotenoids originate from palm oil with a good carotenoids profile (35% alpha and 65% beta-carotene). The company also offers lutein and lycopene and expects to introduce new products in the near future. The polyphenols range contains white and red grape polyphenols in different concentrations, red cabbage polyphenols with a minimum of 20% total polyphenols, and blackcurrent polyphenols with a minimum of 30% total polyphenols. The products come as liquid, powder and beadlets.
